Here's everything that landed in Cleo Connect this week.

Cleo can update what it remembers about you

Until now, only the pantry note could be updated through chat, everything else about your family had to be edited on the Plan or Connect settings pages. Now you can just tell Cleo directly, "I'm dairy-free," "we're a vegetarian household," "keep my daily email short," over chat or Cleo Voice, and it saves it as lasting context for the whole family.

A daily recap that actually finishes

The daily recap email was sometimes getting cut off mid-sentence, and the "turn off the daily recap" link didn't reliably work. Both are fixed. The tracking section is also reshaped: a 7-day overview instead of just yesterday, and a flag when a feeding day looks off, alongside family notes now given more room.

Improved

• Setup: Cleo is now listed in the official MCP Registry, so it's discoverable by name to anyone searching for MCP connectors.
• Tools: logging a feed over chat, text, or voice without saying an amount now defaults to whatever you used last, matching web and iOS. You can also now correct an open bottle's contents the same way.
• Design: tightened up the wordmark, colors, and voice (no more stray dashes) across the web app, Cleo Voice, the CLI, and email.

Fixed

• Cleo's AI assistant went briefly unreachable due to a memory leak from idle chat sessions piling up. Fixed with an automatic cleanup, and nothing you logged was ever at risk.
• A crash on the notifications settings page is fixed. It now shows a clear retry or sign-in message instead of a blank error.

Cleo Voice

Cleo Voice is a new iOS app. Hold the button, say what you need, and it transcribes on your device and sends the text to Cleo. The full conversation is there to scroll back through, and you can tap your last message to edit it if you didn't phrase it quite right. It works with everything the text version does: tracking entries, grocery lists, meal planning, trips and packing lists, tasks. It's build 1.0.0 on TestFlight right now, early and rough in places.

When you ask Cleo to create a task, a grocery item, a recipe, a trip, or a packing item, whether by text or by voice, its reply now ends with a tappable link straight to it, so you can open it up and take a look instead of just trusting the confirmation.

Fridge & pantry, through Cleo

Cleo now has a place to remember what's in your fridge and pantry. Share a photo of a receipt or just tell it what you picked up, and it keeps a running note. It already knows to add an item once you check it off your grocery list, and it factors the pantry into meal planning.

Photos, wherever Cleo mentions someone

Profile photos now show up across the connected surfaces, including Cleo Voice's own settings screen, wherever a name used to be initials-only.

Improved

• Tools: all your trips and packing lists are reachable from Text Cleo and Cleo Voice now, add items, check them off, or ask what's still unpacked for a trip. Cleo can also now read, complete, or discard your suggested Actions, not just tasks and groceries.
• Tools: the daily recap now covers overnight into this morning, not just yesterday, so how the night went is never dropped. Its nutrition section also tells the story of the past week rather than just reciting yesterday, and it draws on two standing-context fields, About you and About your family, for steadier framing.
• Tools: trip descriptions are now visible to Cleo too, so it has the same context you do when helping plan one.

Fixed

• Entry lookups for a specific date now return the right entries for your local time zone, not UTC. An evening entry was sometimes appearing on the wrong day.
• Deleting a recipe step now removes the ingredients that were attached to it, instead of leaving them floating on the recipe.
• Opening or closing a bottle through chat or voice sometimes failed with a confusing "a bottle is already open" message. Fixed, and closing a bottle session and logging how much was actually drunk are now two clearly separate steps for Cleo, so a finished bottle doesn't go unrecorded.
• The daily recap occasionally named the wrong day of the week. It's anchored to the real date now.
• Cleo Voice: the composer sometimes left a stray line break after sending a message. The keyboard also dismisses when you tap outside it now, and new messages stay in view instead of getting cut off.

Text Cleo

Verify a phone number in Connect settings and you can text Cleo the way you'd text a friend: log a feeding, see how many tasks are open this week, ask what's on the grocery list. Cleo drives the same tools as the AI connector, so anything you can do in Claude or ChatGPT with your Cleo data, you can now do over SMS.

Opt-in only: consent is captured when you add your number, and you can stop at any time by texting STOP.

The daily recap, rebuilt

The tracking section is now report-only. It tells you what was logged, not whether the amounts were "good" or "enough." For a young baby, if the totals look low for a full day, the recap notes that some entries were probably just not logged, rather than implying anything was off. That was a meaningful change to get right.

Looking forward, the email now leads with your active Cleo Plan Actions (suggested next steps) before the task list.

The email also has memory now. The last seven days of sent emails inform each new one, so the phrasing varies, it drops nudges you've clearly moved past, and it gradually adapts to what actually moves you to act.

Improved

• Setup: Password reset is now a full branded flow: Forgot Password leads to a Cleo-hosted confirmation page, then a set-password screen. No more raw Supabase URLs.
• Setup: Auth emails (signup, magic links, password resets) now say "Cleo Track" or "Cleo Plan" depending on which app triggered the send.

The daily recap email

Turn on the daily recap and once a day I'll email you a calm rundown of what's been happening across Cleo Plan and Cleo Track: yesterday's meals and tasks, who handled what, and how the baby's day and night looked. It reads like a note from a friend who was paying attention, not a wall of numbers. It's off by default, you choose what it covers, and you can turn it off anytime from settings.

Improved

• Privacy: The recap is built only from what you've already logged, and it's only ever sent to you. Nothing new is collected to make it.
• Tools: You can add and remove links on a task right from your AI tool, and open bottles are available too, so you can start one or log a sip just by asking.

Fixed

• Setup: Your link to Claude or ChatGPT no longer drops and asks you to sign in again. If you were stuck in that loop, remove the connector once and add it back, and it should hold from here on.

Cleo Connect links your Cleo data to the LLM of your choice through one secure connector. Ask about the week's meals, add to the family list, or log a feeding right from Claude, ChatGPT, or anything that speaks MCP. You decide what to share: connect the tools you trust, and disconnect anytime.
