    Open Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app) and go to Settings → Connectors.

    Choose Add custom connector and paste the Cleo connector URL:

    Sign in with your Cleo account in the window that opens — no passwords or keys to copy around.

    Ask away: “Ask Cleo what's for dinner this week.” or “Ask Cleo to log a 6oz bottle for Theo.”
