Make it yours

Printed small in the corner of every page. Leave it blank if these are for more than one child.

Paper

Showing the nursing sheet. 3 others in this bundle.

4 pages, sent to your inbox

I email the PDF rather than handing it straight over, so I know the address is real. No list, no drip, unsubscribe in one click.

Why these ones

Laid out the way they get used.

Every sheet started from what the real ones do: hospital and WIC feeding logs, childcare diaper forms, sleep consultant intake sheets, and the medication records that stop a dose being given twice.

Circle it, do not write it

Anything with a handful of fixed answers is printed on every row. At 3am a pen stroke is achievable and a word is not.

A page is the right length of time

A day of feeds. A fortnight of tummy time. A month of baths. All of childhood on the growth log. Nothing is a page of empty lines.

Totals at the bottom

A pediatrician asks how many wet diapers, not for the story. The counts get a box, so you are not adding rows up in a waiting room.

And when you have had enough of the clipboard.

Paper is honest. It does not need charging and it never asks you to sign in. It also does not add anything up, it cannot tell you the last feed was three hours ago, and it is only ever in one room of the house. When the clipboard stops keeping up, Cleo Track is the same set of things on your phone and your watch, free to start.

The chaos, tracked.
